My Services

All of my coaching services are bespoke and designed to meet your needs. To remain focused on your goals, I will bring a coaching exercise to each session which provides us with structure while maintaining flexibility in sessions to discuss things as they arise for you. In our chemistry meeting I will begin to understand what you require from coaching so I can build a programme that will lead you to your ideal life. All of my life purpose and/or career coaching sessions are built specifically for you.

  • Life Purpose and Career Coaching

    This is perfect if you’re looking for ongoing coaching. I will create a bespoke programme for you based on the transformations you want to make in your life or career. You can decide the frequency of your sessions. Email & Whatsapp support is available in-between sessions.

  • Breathwork Coaching

    (Currently in training)
    From late April 2025 I will be offering 121 breathwork coaching. This focuses on supporting you to regulate your nervous system, unlock your potential and improve body image

  • One-off Coaching Session

    This 90 minute session gives you the space to work intensively on a single issue or to explore a new idea. This is perfect for times when you need a sounding board or to tap into your own intuition.

  • Youth Coaching

    This is a specialised 12 week coaching programme for 13 - 18 year olds. Using my background in youth work, I will support you through weekly sessions to design your future and tap into your potential.

  • Digital Nomad Programme

    As a digital nomad who has been travelling full time for the past 4 years, I’ve picked up a huge amount of experience in how to successfully set yourself up to work remotely from the road. I assure you the options are more varied than you imagine. I work with you to unpick what you’re looking for from a nomadic lifestyle and the strengths you can use to make your nomadic dream a reality.

  • Corporate Coaching

    I offer coaching to organisations who are looking to enhance their wellbeing offer, boost workplace productivity or reconnect staff with their cause. Group or 1-1 coaching is available depending on the needs of the organisation.

I’ve worked in mental health and wellbeing for 15+ years and have a natural gift for creating positive spaces which allow individuals to flourish. With kindness as my guiding value, I will support you to take the steps towards living a life you truly love.

The work we will do together will be deep, transformational and playful…but serious about solutions! You will leave coaching sessions feeling empowered and ready to take on your part of the world.

  • Book in for your free chemistry meeting. We’ll have a 45 minute call to discuss what you’re looking for from coaching, what I offer and to make sure you feel we ‘click’. If you’re happy to continue I’ll help you choose your coaching package and we’ll schedule regular 60 minute calls. Email: clarise.pattison@gmail.com

  • If you don’t feel comfortable with a video call to begin with, we can have phone calls.

  • I don’t want price to be a barrier and am able to offer a few people discounted sessions. Please get in touch and we can explore reduced session prices
